The adult actress, who also goes by Scottine Ross, was issued a temporary restraining order against Sheen earlier this month (Apr16) following allegations the former Two and a Half Men star had threatened her and been violent. A week before, she had reported an alleged altercation between her and her ex, from whom she split in 2014, to Los Angeles police officers.

Sheen's attorneys filed documents on Monday (25Apr16) calling on a judge to deny a restraining order request from Rossi, claiming her allegations of abuse are false.

"Ross has no evidence whatsoever that Sheen made the alleged threats," court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter read. "Sheen has repeatedly disputed and denied Ross's prior allegations of abuse. Most importantly, Ross has not had any contact with Sheen in over a year and has no reasonable basis to seek the requested relief."

In the documents, they also accuse Rossi of filing the "outrageous" allegations to remain the spotlight and extract more money from the actor.

Sheen is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for a criminal matter following a home visit in March (16), but no details have been released. Rossi's legal representative John C. Taylor confirmed to that the case involves the porn star.

Rossi is also currently suing Sheen for battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress for allegedly failing to inform her he was HIV-positive before they had unprotected sex.

The actor went public with his diagnosis last November (15).
