Charlie Sheen will not enter a conventional rehab facility and will instead undergo treatment from the confines of his own home.
CHARLIE SHEEN, the 45-year-old American actor who was hospitalized last week, will undergo his rehabilitation from his own home, reports Sheen's manager had previously stated that the actor "went into rehab on Saturday" but it has since been reported that the 'Two and a Half Men' star will be treated at home.
According to TMZ, companies responsible for the star's sitcom such as CBS and Warner Bros have found "an expert in addiction" who is willing to make regular house visits to Sheen's home. The decision was apparently taken in order to maintain a degree of privacy surrounding the actor's treatment. On Saturday (29th January 2011) his manager told that Sheen had been "bombarded by every rehab in the country looking for his wallet and publicity".
Sheen's apparent 'partying' has been the subject of much media attention in recent months, and the latest flurry of interest in the controversial star began back in October 2010 when he was ordered to take a psychiatric examination following an incident at the New York Plaza Hotel.
