Brooke Mueller, the mother of Sheen's twin sons, claims the star is almost $90,000 (GBP63,000) behind in child support payments, and she wants to make sure he pays up.

The former Two and a Half Men star, who revealed he is HIV positive last year (Nov15), is currently fighting to drastically reduce the $55,000 (GBP38,500)-a-month he pays in child support, claiming he no longer has the finances to cover the fee.

But his ex isn't accepting Charlie's fortunes have flopped and she wants authority from a judge to get her money from his bank.

Charlie also pays child support to another ex, Denise Richards, but it's not clear if he's delinquent in payments to the actress.

The actor is currently being targeted by another ex - former fiancee Brett Rossi, who was granted a restraining order extension against him on Friday (08Apr16).

Rossi, who split from the Wall Street actor in 2014, was awarded an emergency order against Sheen on 1 April (16), a day after she reported an alleged altercation between herself and the actor to Los Angeles Police.

The adult actress, who also goes by Scottine Ross, was granted a seven-day protection order, banning the Two and a Half Men star from contacting her, and she was granted an extension on Friday.

In her papers, Rossi claimed Sheen had threatened her life in an audio recording and had been physically violent on two occasions. The actor must stay 100 yards away from his ex, avoid all contact, and turn in any guns he might own.

Sheen is also at the centre of a criminal investigation following further claims made by Rossi, who is also currently suing Sheen for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress for allegedly failing to tell her he was HIV-positive before they had unprotected sex.
