Convicted killer Charles Manson is to wed behind bars.
The 80 year old has obtained a license to wed the 26-year-old woman who has visited him for the past seven years.
Manson and Afton Elaine Burton applied for a marriage license on 7 November (14), according to reports.
Manson is serving a life sentence at Corcoran State Prison in California for his part in the 1969 murder of actress Sharon Tate and others.
He and Burton now have 90 days to wed under the terms of their current license.
The newlyweds won't get a chance to consummate their marriage in the near future as Manson, who has been denied parole a dozen times, does not qualify for conjugal overnight visits.
