The 29-year-old TV star - who has four-month-old daughter Dolly with Alex - is adamant there is no way to save her relationship with her ex-fiance, who she dumped in September.
Chantelle admits she is finding it difficult with her newborn because when she wakes in the night to feed her baby she is reminded she is on her own.
Holding back tears in an interview on UK TV show 'This Morning', she said: ''No, there's no way back. During the night it's a real horrible reminder, when she wakes up, and I'm on my own. It's my life; I've just got to get on with it.''
Chantelle also has no intention of trying to find another man as she is still struggling to deal with the demise of her relationship with Alex, 37.
She added: ''I have no interest in meeting anyone. It's the last thing I want to do. I know that I can see the future and I will be happy but right now things are really tough.''
However, Chantelle does admit she is very fortunate to be in a position where she does not have to worry about money, unlike lots of single parents who have to deal with financial as well as emotional stresses.
She said: ''I never appreciated what it was like to be a single mum before. I'm in a very fortunate situation, I don't have money worries, but it is ... it's really tough. I take my hat off to the women out there.''
