Fans of the Channel 4 sitcom The IT Crowd have been given the chance to contribute to the show's look.
Writer Graham Linehan used his blog to issue the appeal to fans in a bid to finally achieve his dream of providing a "geek Shangri-La" den for the show's nerdy duo.
Roy and Moss, played by Chris O'Dowd and Richard Ayoade respectively, spend their working lives in the basement of a company which constantly requires their help with information technology matters.
The pair prefer inhabiting their "cross between a comics shop and the batcave" and Linehan says he wants the third series to finally achieve this look.
"I wanted it to feel like a geek Shangri-La, and in each series I've felt we nearly got there. Maybe this time, with you guys involved, we'll finally nail it," he wrote.
Posters, comics, fanzines and T-shirts are among the items Linehan has requested help about.
"I'd delight in tracking down the stuff myself, but as I say, it's just not going to happen this time round," he added.
The six-episode third series will begin location filming in three weeks, with Linehan announcing he finished writing the final episode yesterday.
