Guitar great Santana has re-recorded his THE GAME OF LOVE hit with Tina Turner for a new best of compilation. The Smooth rocker scored a hit in 2002 when Michelle Branch provided vocals on the song, but Santana admits Turner was his first choice for the track and label politics got in the way. He tells, "When you hear these notes that Tina hits, every hair on your body stands up." The track is one of three new collaborations that will appear on Ultimate Santana. The guitarist has also recorded new songs with Shakira and Lil' Wayne and Nickelback rocker Chad Kroeger. Turner returned from semi-retirement earlier this year (07) when she performed at a party in London.
