Signs New Single From Nicky Romero

Nicky Romero's 'Camorra' To Be Released On Fly Eye On 22 September

Calvin Harris' Fly Eye label continues to deliver prime dancefloor bangers from the world's hottest DJ/producers. Following on from the worldwide success of his 'Awooga' release, and Bart B More and Tommie Sunshine's 'Bodywork', Calvin's signed 'Camorra' from young Dutch sensation, Nicky Romero.

Currently to be heard in Calvin's DJ sets, 'Camorra' is a building, arpeggio soaked slab of peaktime electro-house that fizzes with energy. A guaranteed future anthem, it's picking up support from Tiesto, Fedde Le Grand, Sander Van Doorn, and many more.

At 22 years old, Romero is one of the leading lights within Holland's new breed of dance music stars. After a childhood hitting the drums at his parent's house - and as part of a marching band - he's notched up a run of hugely successful club tracks (Privilege, QWERTY, My Friend) and remixes for the likes of Sidney Samson and Tony Cha Cha. Plus, of course, THAT bootleg of Guetta's 'When Love Takes Over' that inadvertently whipped up a storm of blog and social media approval and took him to a global audience in the space of a few days.

With remixes for Green Velvet, Tiesto, Guetta (this one is official), and others, 2011 is set to be a game changing year. Add to this a gig schedule that has seen stints at WMC for Ultrafest, the US, Europe and Australia and you're watching the next stage of a burgeoning career.

Calvin Harris has so far achieved eight Top 10 singles in his career, including two #1 singles with 'I'm Not Alone' and 'Dance Wiv Me' (with Dizzee Rascal) and over 1.5 million tracks and 500,000 albums sold in the UK. 'Bounce' kicked off 2011 with a bang and 'Feel So Close' has given him his second Top 5 single of the year.

Since his last album, Calvin has been touring the world, DJ'ing everywhere from Las Vegas to Ibiza to Australia. He also played The Big Chill, headlining the Revellers Stage, and appeared at Creamfields on both the Club Life Stage and in the Swedish House Mafia Tent. His DJ residencies across the globe include Las Vegas and Ibiza, and he'll join Rihanna on her UK and European tour this autumn.

Further Fly Eye releases will be announced soon.
