The world renowned DJ confirmed the news during an interview with Free Radio, when he let slip that he and Newman - who collaborated with him on new single 'Blame' - would take to the stage at the eagerly-awaited event.
Asked whether there was any hope that the two artists would appear together, Harris said: ''I don't know if it's a secret, but yeah he is.
''I don't know if anyone is supposed to know [that we're performing together], but yeah, it'll be awesome.''
'Blame' will be released on September 7, the same day he is set to perform at the iTunes Festival at the Roundhouse in Camden.
Meanwhile, Rita Ora admitted recently that she still loves her duet with Calvin.
Rita, 23, released the hit track 'I Will Never Let You Down' - which was written by her ex-boyfriend - earlier this year and says she remains fond of the song, even though they have since split up.
She told Metro.co.uk's Guilty Pleasures: ''At that time the song came from a good place so it always reminds me of that place.
''And I love the song.''
