Actress Calista Flockhart Was A Little Confused When She First Heard Her Husband Harrison Ford Had Been Injured On The Set Of The New Star Wars Movie, Because She Had No Idea What A Millennium Falcon Was.
Ford broke his leg when the door of his character Han Solo's spacecraft fell on him, and when a producer tracked Flockhart down to her parents' home in Tennessee, she admits she was clueless about what had happened to her man.
"She (the producer) said, 'Hi Calista, I have some bad news; Harrison has been hurt, he had an accident. He was standing on a Millennium Falcon... and the door fell'," Calista tells U.S. chat show host Jimmy Kimmel. "And I thought that he was on some commercial airline and the door fell off and he flew out of the airplane.
"I called a friend of mine and said, 'What the hell is a Millennium Falcon? I have never heard of that airline!'"
Flockhart admits her lack of knowledge about the movie series made her take the franchise more seriously and she has since seen all three of her husband's Star Wars films.
She says, "When I was young we lived in a very small town... we didn't have a movie theatre."
The new Star Wars movie is keeping Calista and Harrison apart as the veteran actor tours the world promoting Episode VII: The Force Awakens.
"He's in Australia at the moment," she explains.
