Bruce Jenner reportedly told his family about his gender transition in front of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' cameras.
Bruce Jenner revealed his gender transition to his family on an upcoming episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.
The 65-year-old star reportedly told his daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner and step-daughters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West that he was ''becoming a woman'' in the presence of the cameras in January.
A source shared: ''He literally started the conversation with, 'Hey, guys, I'm becoming a woman, but I'm sure you probably already figured that out.'''
The television personality is believed to have gotten ''a little emotional'' following his revelation, which will be shown in the thirteenth episode of the new series of the E! show.
He supposedly told his family to say, ''Bruce is in a very good and happy place,'' if they were asked about him.
The source added: ''There was so much speculation, and they were all wondering about the truth. Bruce had to address it with them.
''He got a little emotional, but it wasn't a jaw-dropping conversation, it's a surprise to the girls that he's doing this at 65.''
Bruce also requested that his children should call him by his chosen new name and his daughters Kylie, 17, and Kendall, 19, are said to be very supportive of their father's choice.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: ''They want nothing more than for their dad to enjoy the life he wants to live.''
