Former British boy band Busted are facing a fresh lawsuit from original frontman KI FITZGERALD, who claims he is owed unpaid royalties for writing the group's biggest hits.

Earlier this year (05), original band member OWEN DOYLE sued the trio and their management for song royalties, only a week after the CRASHED THE WEDDING stars spilt so heart-throb Charlie Simpson could concentrate on his new band Fightstar.

Fitzgerald, who co-wrote hit songs WHAT I GO TO SCHOOL FOR, YEAR 3000 and PSYCHO GIRL, claims he was forced to give up the song rights when he was replaced by Simpson.

Fitzgerald says, "I wanted to fight it earlier, but I couldn't take it anymore and was so depressed.

"It's taken this much time to pluck up courage. All I want is my name back on the songs."
