Bruno Mars has made chart history in the U.S. by becoming the first act to top the nation's major singles countdowns in the same week.

The singer's Locked Out of Heaven has landed him a third week at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, and the track also leads the Radio Songs, Digital and new On-Demand charts.

Rihanna's Diamonds stays put at two on the Hot 100, while the Lumineers' Ho Hey remains at three, 29 weeks after its release.

Taylor Swift's I Knew You Were Trouble and Justin Bieber's Beauty and a Beat round out the new top five.
