Rock legend Bruce Springsteen was literally left dancing in the dark after a power cut at a gig in Paris, France on Monday (11Jul16).
The Born To Run musician, 66, who is famous for his extended live performances with his backing group the E Street Band, apologised to fans after the rockers' equipment blew a fuse at the French capital's AccorHotels Arena, resulting in 20 minutes of darkness.
During the enforced break in the gig, Bruce kept his French fans happy by signing autographs, chatting to fans in close proximity to the stage and even joined members of the E Street Band for an impromptu conga line.
In video posted on streaming app Periscope, Bruce launched into a rendition of his 1984 hit Dancing In The Dark once the power returned and the venue was lit up again.
The star also played hits like Born To Run, The River and Badlands, bringing the stop-start gig to an end with a version of Thunder Road.
The concert is the first of two dates at the AccorHotels Arena - Bruce will perform there again on Wednesday (13Jul16) before heading to Rome, Italy on Saturday (16Jul16) to continue the European leg of his The River tour.
