Brooke Mueller has been having supervised visits with her four-year-old twins Bob and Max, twice a week after she temporarily lost custody of them.
Brooke Mueller has been having two supervised visits with her sons a week.
The 35-year-old socialite temporarily lost custody of four-year-old twins Bob and Max after she was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold following a drug overdose in May, but social workers have been escorting the children to Brooke's home in Orange County, California, for visits.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ''The boys typically see Brooke on the weekend, when they aren't in their pre-school.''
Denise Richards - another ex-wife of the twins' father, Charlie Sheen - has been granted custody of the boys at her home in Beverly Hills, California, until the end of the year, while Brooke proves she can stay sober for the sake of her kids.
The source explained: ''The boys are picked up at Denise's home by an official from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. The social worker then drives the boys to Brooke's home, near the treatment facility where she's an outpatient.''
Brooke is currently staying at The Betty Ford Clinic in California to treat her drug addiction - her 21st stint in rehab - and appears to be on the road to recovery as she's been clean for almost three months.
A pal said: ''Brooke is randomly drug tested by the clinic and child protective services and she has been clean for almost 90 days.''
Meanwhile, Charlie has been on vacation in Hawaii with three new porn star girlfriends, whom he calls his ''Angels''. He is believed to have plans to move them in to a plush home with him in Los Angeles.
