Brittny Gastineau and Marquis Lewis want to put their violent altercation behind them.
The 31-year-old model and socialite - who is best friends with Kim Kardashian - got into a fight with her graffiti artist boyfriend, who goes by the name Retna, at the London Hotel in West Hollywood earlier this month, which left them both badly injured, but they've now settled their differences.
In a joint statement to TMZ.com, the couple said: ''Though we disagree about the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident, we do agree that the incident was unfortunate, regrettable and unnecessary.
''We both wish to put the matter behind us and neither of us holds any ill will toward the other.''
Brittny, who first found fame on the 2005 E! series 'The Gastineau Girls' with her mother, Lisa Gastineau, was spotted with a black eye and cuts on her face last week, and a source previously claimed she had hired Lindsay Lohan's former lawyer, Shawn Holley, in preparation for a lawsuit.
But Retna's lawyer, Michael Goldstein, later insisted it was a case of ''mutual combat'' and his client ''was not the aggressor.''
It is unclear if Brittny and Retna, 35, are still dating or whether they reached a civil settlement.
