Britney Spears' former bodyguard has filed a lawsuit against the pop superstar, alleging he suffered physical injuries while working for her.
Kerry Vine is also targeting the security company he worked for, accusing his bosses of forcing him to perform duties that put him in harm's way, reports TMZ.com.
Legal documents obtained by the site allege "(Spears) negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to (Vine)."
No further information was available as WENN went to press.
Spears is fast becoming a court regular in Los Angeles; she and her dad Jamie are currently pursuing restraining orders against her former manager Sam Lutfi and attorney Jon Eardley.
In March (09), the singer and her conservators also obtained a restraining order against her former boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, which will be in place for three years.
