Britney Spears is planning to take time out from her gruelling 42-date Circus tour to visit sick children in a London hospital, according to reports.
The Toxic hitmaker has shown her charitable side in recent weeks - she visited a children's hospital in Miami earlier this month (Mar09), before donating $100,000 (£70,000) to the hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care programme, which sends clowns with medical training to visit the young patients.
And now the singer is hoping to give sick children at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital a boost with an appearance between her gigs at the British capital's O2 Arena in June (09), according to U.K. newspaper the Daily Mirror.
A source tells the publication, "She would really like to do this. In Miami she met up with 40 kids and posed for pictures with them. She found it really moving that just a couple of minutes with the children could mean so much to them."
