Britney Spears has been hit with a lawsuit from a former nanny who claims the singer failed to pay her for one month's work.
The Toxic hitmaker often uses hired help to take care of her two sons, Sean Preston, five, and four-year-old Jayden James.
Ferial Zaltash claims the pop star employed her as a personal assistant and nanny to her children in September, 2007 but she resigned a month later.
Zaltash alleges Spears failed to pay her $35,202 (£23,468) for her services, and has filed court papers demanding the cash.
She is also asking for $19,940 (£13,293) in penalties for unpaid wages and overtime, according to TMZ.com.
