Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline has re-married.

The notorious bad boy - who split from the pop princess in July 2007 after a two-year union - tied the knot with his long-term girlfriend Victoria Prince in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The new bride told E! News: ''For the first time in my life, I got a taste of heaven!''

The 30-year-old special education teacher was reportedly surprised by Kevin, 35, who pretended he was going to Vegas for a job before getting down on one knee.

The pair were granted a Nevada marriage license on Friday night (09.08.13) at around 8.42 p.m.

A source said: ''Victoria really wanted this for a long time so she's gotta be blown away. She's proven herself with him from day one. Victoria is an awesome girl.''

The wedding was a premeditated affair as the couple have been together since 2008 and have a 13-month-old daughter, Jordan Kay.

He mused during an interview with Ryan Seacrest back in 2012: ''Would I get married again? Definitely. I just want to be happy. Right now, I really am happy.

''Victoria's a great person. She's an incredible person.''

Kevin and Britney famously got hitched in an extravagant ceremony in Studio City, California, in 2005, only to split two years later and embark upon a bitter custody battle for their two children Sean Preston, now seven, and Jayden, six.

The back up dancer-turned-rapper still has full legal custody and receives a $20,000 a month in child support from Britney.
