Britney Spears will bring to an end her huge Femme Fatale tour next week, but if recent reports are to be believed, the superstar singer will have a wedding to plan. Britney, 29, has been dating beau Jason Trawick for over two years, and an insider says the agent is ready to pop the question.
A source close to the singer tells People magazine that an engagement in imminent for the pop star and that boyfriend Jason has already picked out a ring, saying, "They've been talking about marriage for a long time.It would be surprising if they are not engaged by the end of the year". If true, it will be a triple celebration for the singer - as well as completing her epic tour, she is also closing in on her 30th birthday and the source added, "Britney is really looking forward to turning 30. She is having one of the best times of her life". It seems as though Trawick may have picked up on some subtle hints by the superstar singer, who recently told the UK's Stylist magazine she was reading 'The Mastery of Love' - a meditation on love and relationships by the spiritualist author Don Miguel Ruiz. She said, "It's basically an analysis of love and what it means to love. It goes through all the different aspects of love - who you are as a person, knowing yourself before you even attempt to love anyone else, that sort of thing. It's really well-written and thought-provoking".
The Femme Fatale tour was the seventh major concert tour by Britney Spears, which began in Sacramento in June 2011. Originally planned as a co-headlining tour with Enrique Iglesias, the Spanish singer cancelled only hours after the announcement.
