Britney Spears has had her name dragged through the mud by a former employee today. Britney Spears' former bodyguard FERNANDO FLORES has launched a scathing attack on the star's personal hygiene habits, has accused her of drug taking and has alleged that she made unwanted sexual advances toward him, according to court documents sourced by TMZ. Flores is currently seeking $10 million in damages from Spears for what he has called "repeated, unwanted sexual advances and harassment", and it is the court papers from this LA lawsuit that TMZ have managed to get hold of.
Flores further alleges that: ".Spears was generally personally unkempt," and he goes on to detail a string of bizarre events centring around Spears' drug abuse, erratic behaviour and sexual advances. Flores claims: "Spears was often under the influence of illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon (Naloxone) and methamphetamines." The document continues: "Defendant Spears was mentally unstable, and personally obnoxious and demanding, requiring her staff on various occasions and for no rationally discernable reasons to address her as "Jennifer" or "Queen Bee. Spears made repeated unwanted sexual advances to Plaintiff, summoning (him) to her room at her residence for no other purpose or reason than to expose her naked or near naked body to Plaintiff."
ABC News has quoted a statement from Spears' attorney, stating that Flores is "trying to cash in on Ms. Spears' celebrity by making salacious claims of misconduct." It is unclear whether the claims are true, but the whole affair surround Miss Spears' personal hygiene give a whole to new meaning to her hit 'Toxic'!
