Pop princess Britney Spears has found an unusual way to challenge her pre-comeback nerves - obsessive exercise.

The OVERPROTECTED singer has taken 12 months out from her once-hectic recording career, but is gearing up to return to the spotlight.

However, the BOYS singer is terrified her once perfect body will not look as good as it did when she was younger.

Scottish newspaper THE DAILY RECORD reports a source saying, "She's anxious and really feeling the pressure, so she works out every day at kick boxing, yoga and personal dance classes."
