Britney Spears, the American pop superstar, stunned revellers at 'The Factory' nightclub in West Hollywood over the weekend with a surprise guest appearance, reports E! Online. Britney Spears crashed Nicki Minaj's after-show party at the exclusive venue, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Minaj was hosting a post-show bash for Lil Wayne, who had played at the Staples Centre on Friday evening (22nd April 2011). The event erupted into mayhem when Britney Spears joined Minaj onstage, an eyewitness said, "It was complete pandemonium. They literally fainted when Britney walked onto the stage where Nicki was hanging. People were crowd surfing to get to the stage. Screams were so loud for Nicki and Brit you couldn't hear the music. Bouncers couldn't hold the crowd back". The 'Femme Fatale' star stayed at the venue for around half an hour and there were reports that six fans hyperventilated from excitement and were removed by the venue's security team. Minaj was recently confirmed as the support act for Spears' forthcoming 'Femme Fatale' tour.
Britney Spears seventh studio album 'Femme Fatale', released on 25th March 2011, was well received by critics. The record, produced by Max Martin and DR. Luke, has already spawned the hit singles 'Hold It Against Me' and 'Till The World Ends'.
