Britney Spears is accused of sexual harassment, poor hygiene and neglecting her children in a lawsuit filed by her former bodyguard Fernando Flores on Thursday (21st July 2011). In the documents obtained by Tmz.com, Flores accuses the superstar singer of making "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him.
In a list of bizarre allegations, Flores starts by recalling a scene whereby Britney "intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]". The suit goes on to allege the 'Femme Fatale' star summoned Fernando to her room, where she was standing naked. The lawsuit claims, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up". The allegations became even more serious, when the bodyguard insisted he witnessed Spears feeding her children crabmeat despite their serious fish allergies. The documents claim both children began vomiting but the singer denied anyone from seeking medical help, yelling, "Mind your own f**king business!".
In response to the allegations, sources directly connected to Britney Spears say the bodyguard is "a liar". Flores is only thought to have worked for the singer for a brief period of time.
