Bosses of annual music ceremony the Brit Awards are to allow guests to consume alcohol again - after this year's (FEB03) event was deemed too boring.
Booze was banned from the auditorium at the London show - which featured a sexy duet between Justin Timberlake and KYLIE MINOGUE - after a series of embarrassing drunken incidents, but the atmosphere suffered as a result.
But now the awards's organisers have decided a return to alcohol is the way forward for the ceremony, which has previously hit the headlines thanks to its raucous antics.
Executive producer LISA ANDERSON says, "This year's atmosphere was not helped by the fact nobody had a drink. It'll be part of the experience once again."21/10/2003 13:56
