Irish singer Brian McFadden is furious over Delta Goodrem's decision to speak candidly about their relationship, but he has decided not to take legal action against his former fiancee.
The Australian pop star ended her engagement to MCFadden in April last year (11), just a month before the former Westlife member went public with his current fiancee, Irish reality star Vogue Williams.
Goodrem opened up about what went wrong in a new interview with Australia's Vogue magazine, telling the publication, "I was really unhappy and I didn't know how to get out. I learnt. I got there in the end... Do I wish that it ended earlier? Yes. Do I wish I had the courage to leave earlier? Yes, I do."
MCFadden has now spoken out about her comments, revealing he is angry with Goodrem for talking about personal matters, but dismissing reports of an impending lawsuit.
He writes in a post on Twitter.com, "I'm not considering legal action. I also wouldn't stoop as low as her. If I did it would change everything. But I'm happy!"
