Pop star Brian Littrell returned to the Backstreet Boys on Thursday (08Oct09) after overcoming a bout of swine flu.
The singer had been quarantined in a New York hotel after falling ill on a flight from Japan to the U.S. last weekend (03Oct09).
He was allowed to visit his family on Wednesday (07Oct09), and rejoined his bandmates for a performance on The Tonight Show in America on Thursday.
The group was forced to scrap a series of appearances this week because of Littrell's sickness.
On Monday (05Oct09), the sick singer posted a video on YouTube.com apologising to fans for missing a planned appearance at New York's Hard Rock Cafe.
