Brian Austin Green feels lucky to be alive.
The 41-year-old actor and his wife Megan Fox, who have sons Noah, two, and Bodhi, nine-months, narrowly escaped uninjured after a drunk driver in a MINI Cooper smashed into their Range Rover in Los Angeles last week.
Brian has spoken of his relief that he and his wife were not seriously harmed in the incident, saying: ''It could have ended horribly. We were talking about it today, on the way to run errands. I was saying, 'We're really lucky.'''
Brian told Us Weekly about how the incident occurred.
He said: ''[The driver] was going 50 miles an hour, and we were going 25 down the street, and we hit head-on. The inertia of that is is life changing. That's life changing for us.
''[The driver] hit the air bag. I got out of the car. I shook hands with the man. The cars did their jobs.
''That being said, he came around the corner very fast. Let alone, I've heard, he had a few drinks.''
The 35-year-old driver was arrested at the scene and it was found that his blood level was twice the legal limit.
