Country Star Brantley Gilbert Has Made His Stance On America's Ongoing Gun Debate Clear By Having The Image Of Two Firearms Tattooed Across His Back, Along With The Words Of The U.s. Constitution's Second Amendment.
Gun ownership has become a hot-trigger topic across the U.S. following a string of shooting incidents, including the movie theatre massacre during a screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colorado in 2012 and the sick attack on kids and teachers at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut months later.
The Bottoms Up hitmaker is an avid hunter and has long been a supporter of private gun ownership, and now he has had his views inked clearly on his back.
He had two large pistols tattooed on the centre of his back in February (15) and now he has added to the skin art by having the wording from the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms, tattooed around the image.
Gilbert shared a photo of the completed work on Instagram.com on Tuesday (05May15) and captioned it, "So BG nation... I wanted to take my support of the 2nd amendment to another level, so my boy Carl Grace came by the house and hooked me up yesterday!!!"
The Second Amendment quote reads: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."
