R+B singer Brandy's younger brother Ray J has signed up to replace Omarion as the new frontman of chart-topping quarter B2K.

According to business partners of members J-BOOG, RAZ-B and LIL' FIZZ, the WAIT A MINUTE singer will take over the reigns from Omarion, although a label spokesperson for B2K claims to have no knowledge of the roster addition.

The news should come as a blow to departed member Omarion, because he recently admitted to having a change of heart about the group being over, saying, "In the future, I hope we do get back together. I would definitely want to do that (once any solo projects are over). I think the people would enjoy it."

Omarion, who left B2K amid cash disputes earlier this month (JAN04), is currently working on his untitled solo album, which is due to hit stores this spring (04).

The members of B2K have yet to announce when their first recordings with Ray J will be released, but another source working with the camp say they have a track in the pipeline to be produced by troubled singer R Kelly.
