The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star continued her bitter rivalry with the country singer - who wed Brandi's ex-husband Eddie Cibrian following an affair - this time insisting that the former couple's two sons, Mason, nine, and Jake, five, shouldn't be left alone with their stepmother when Eddie is away.
Brandi told RadarOnline.com: ''LeAnn said in an interview recently that she had the kids by herself for two nights and was overwhelmed: That shouldn't happen. If Eddie is out of town, I'm supposed to have my kids, so it's frustrating.''
The 40-year-old reality TV star conceded, however, her boys do have a good relationship with LeAnn, 30.
Brandi added: ''But the boys do love her and that gives me peace in my heart.''
Singer-and-actress LeAnn embarked affair with Eddie, 39, after meeting on the set of a TV movie in 2009, however, 'The Playboy Club' hunk was wed to Brandi at the time, while LeAnn was married to Dean Sheremet.
The 'How Do I Live' singer recently revealed she would love to have a child of her own with Eddie - who she married in 2011 - but is too busy with her career, including the release of new album 'Spitfire'.
She said: ''We have a lot on our plates. But whenever I talk about kids, I'm like, 'Let's have one!' I have a lot of work to do now but I'm totally ready if it happens.''
