Brad Pitt has played down reports he was a real life hero on the set of upcoming zombie movie World War Z, insisting he didn't save an extra from dying on the shoot.
The Hollywood hunk was hailed a saviour after reportedly rescuing a woman who stumbled during a stampede of 700 extras on the set of the post-apocalyptic movie in Glasgow, Scotland.
He was said to have scooped up the actress just moments before she would have been crushed by the crowd, but now the Fight Club star has brushed off the speculation, telling Entertainment Weekly, "That's bulls**t. I have not saved any lives, OK?"
Pitt did acknowledge there have been "several scenes where people have fallen down", and insists that "when someone falls down, you're going to help".
