The members of Irish pop group Boyzone broke down in tears as they filmed a tribute video for late bandmate Stephen Gately as the promo for the band's first single since his death in October (09).
The No Matter What hitmakers decided to honour the late singer by shooting a simple video for new track Gave It All Away, which will see the four remaining stars of the band "reminiscing" about their late pal.
But despite admitting some memories made the group laugh out loud, frontman Ronan Keating insists the tribute was very distressing to film.
He tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "The footage is incredibly raw and tough to watch at times but we didn't want it being too mournful and there's lots of laughter.
"It's us reminiscing about the times we had with our other brother. My favourite scene sees us four sat around a table at the end with Stephen's favourite picture hanging behind us. To film this video without him was one of the toughest things we've done."
Gately died at his home in Majorca, Spain, in October (09) after suffering a build-up of fluid in his lungs brought on by an undiagnosed heart condition.
