Irish rocker Bono is considering suing NANCY SINATRA - because the chanteuse wants to release an unauthorised duet with him.

The U2 singer had sent Nancy a demo tape of TWO SHOTS HAPPY AND ONE SHOT SAD to pass onto her legendary dad Frank Sinatra.

Bono's plan was to record the duet with Frank but he died before the recording could take place.

And now Nancy, 63, has mixed her own voice into the song and wants to release it on her next album - leading to a warning from Bono's lawyers that legal action will follow if she releases the duet.
