U2 frontman Bono has given Nancy Sinatra a song written especially for her father Frank Sinatra, after the legendary crooner died before being able to record it.

The Irish rocker has contributed TWO SHOTS OF HAPPY, ONE SHOT OF SAD to Nancy's upcoming album TO NANCY WITH LOVE.

He originally wrote the track for her legendary father to sing, but he never got the chance.

The BEAUTIFUL DAY singer, however, performed the tune for Frank Sinatra's 80th birthday TV celebration in 1995 and released it in 1997 as a B-side of the single IF GOD WILL SEND HIS ANGELS.

To Nancy With Love will also include collaborations with Morrissey, Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker, JON SPENCER and others.
