The wife of paralysed former Bond stuntman Eddie Kidd has been charged with assaulting the wheelchair-bound star.
Samantha Kidd was arrested on 11 December (12) and is facing six charges of assault over a four month period.
The 44-year-old was a full-time carer for Kidd, who was left paralysed and brain damaged in a motorbike crash in 1996.
A statement from Sussex Police reads, “Samantha Kidd, unemployed, was last night charged with six counts of assault by beating between July and October this year.
“She has been bailed with stringent conditions not to contact the male victim, who was known to her, or to visit the area where he lives."
Samantha Kidd is set to appear before Brighton Magistrates Court on 9 January (13).
The movie daredevil stood in onscreen for Bond actors including Pierce Brosnan, Sir Roger Moore and Timothy Dalton and picked up an Order of the British Empire (Obe) medal from Charles, Prince of Wales in June (12).
