Bob Marley's son Rohan has launched a contest to find his father's biggest American fan.
Reggae legend Bob died in 1981 at the age of 36 after battling cancer, but his music is still loved all over the world.
Rohan is launching the competition on the official Bob Marley music app as part of a week of celebrations marking what would've been the Jamaican musician's 72nd birthday on 6 February (17).
One lucky prize winner will be flown to New York City alongside a guest where they will have lunch with Rohan and discuss his legendary father.
"This is a chance for me to meet one of the best Bob Marley fans and share the many blessings that my father has given to the world," Rohan said.
The 44-year-old will decide on the winner by reading app users' justifications of why they are Bob's greatest fan in the app's comments section. The competition is only open to fans in the U.S.
He will announce the winner on 8 February (17).
