A new book consisting of the entire works of Bob Dylan is set to be published, costing $200 (£125) and weighing 13 pounds (5 kilograms).

The volume, titled The Lyrics: Since 1962, will collate every word ever recorded by the Like A Rolling Stone hitmaker in chronological order.

The mammoth tome will comprise of 960 pages and include alternative versions, revised lyrics and album cover reproductions.

Jonathan Karp, from Simon & Schuster publishing house, tells The New York Times it is "the biggest, most expensive book we've ever published".

Limited edition copies signed by the songwriter will be sold for $5,000 (£3,125).

Both versions go on sale in November (14).
