Blackstreet singer TEDDY RILEY has been slapped with a temporary restraining order from his teenage daughter amid allegations he used a guitar from the video game Rock Band as a weapon during a violent attack against her and her older sister.
The R&B star's 18-year-old daughter Taja has filed claims in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming her 43-year-old father abused her and her older sister by "stomping, punching and bashing them" in his Los Angeles home on 23 December (09).
According to the filings, at one point Riley "lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ (with) it".
Taja, one of Riley's eight children, claims she suffered several injuries in the alleged altercation, including "bashes to temple, contusion on face" and "pain in knee".
Teddy has been ordered to stay 100 yards (300 feet/91 metres) away from Taja. The next hearing is set for January (10), reports TMZ.com.
