The ex-wife of Black Flag founder Greg Ginn has accused the punk icon of child abuse in a new lawsuit.
Marina Ginn has filed a motion for an emergency hearing in Texas, claiming her former husband abuses drugs and denies their young daughters food. She is hoping to remove his access to the children and designate her "sole managing conservator" of them.
According to her affidavit, Ginn has "behaved erratically and abusively and endangered the lives and emotional wellbeing of the children," adding his kids, aged 10 and seven, have complained "his behavior has recently grown increasingly erratic, that he is routinely denying them food and threatening them".
The legal document also suggests he has been "abusing alcohol and drugs in front of them, and that they have witnessed confrontations and physical violence at the building where they live."
Marina also claims that her ex has been forcing the children to "do cleaning chores until 2am", and that he has "throw(n) cups of water in their face".
She also alleges he has told the girls they need to watch their weight, adding that "their diets will have to be more strenuous".
Ginn's ex also claims her daughters cannot get to sleep because their dad's band practices in the same building.
