Blac Chyna will fight ''by any means necessary'' to keep the same custody agreement with Rob Kardashian, if it is challenged after she was seen attempting to hurl a children's stroller at a women in the Six Flags amusement park recently.
The 29-year-old model was seen attempting to hurl a children's stroller at a women in the Six Flags amusement park recently and it was claimed that Rob, father of their daughter Dream, wanted to alter the custody of the little girl.
However, Chyna's lawyer, Walter Mosley, has insisted to TMZ that if the custody agreement is challenged or queried, they will defend it ''by any means necessary''.
A source previously claimed Rob is taking Chyna to family court after the altercation as he has become increasingly concerned by the behaviour of his ex over recent months. Rob has said to have instructed his legal team to seek a hearing at which Chyna could be handed some clearly defined rules. Rob is also concerned about Chyna bringing new men into her home when his daughter is there.
Chyna defended her behaviour at Six Flags at the time in a post on Instagram.
She wrote: ''Being famous is hard enough dealing with scrutiny but when someone feels comfortable to come and touch your child it's a whole other story. I do not condone violence nor am I a violent person but shout out to all of the amazing mothers out there that will protect their children at all cost. Love, King and Dreams mommy. (sic)''
Chyna has been locked in a court battle with Rob's family after she accused the entire Kardashian family of interfering with the shooting of the couple's reality show, 'Rob and Chyna'.
Her filing stated: ''Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season. Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White's career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch - without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable.''
