Rapper Birdman is facing further legal woes as rapper Turk is suing him for $1.3 million (£810,000) for false accounting.

The Y.U. Mad hitmaker, real name Bryan Williams, is accused of cheating the Hot Boy$ star out of wages when the group was signed to Cash Money Records, the label co-founded by Birdman.

In court documents obtained by Tmz.com, it is alleged Turk wants to void his contract with the label and is demanding the return of the rights to his music in addition to a lump sum from the hip-hop mogul.

Turk's Hot Boy$ bandmate Lil Wayne is also embroiled in a legal battle with Williams - he is demanding unpaid wages as he seeks to be free himself from his Cash Money Records ties.
