Sources tell Billboard he was taken into custody for violating his probation, but the arrest details have yet to be confirmed.

Kodak was sentenced to serve 120 days behind bars last year after pleading guilty to a misdemeanour charge of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. He was released at the end of November (16) and extradited to South Carolina to face sexual battery charges following an incident that allegedly occurred in a hotel room in the state a year ago (Feb16).

He posted bail and left jail on 1 December (16).

Kodak is currently enjoying a career boost after his new track Tunnel Vision debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 27 this week (beg27Feb17). He is scheduled to perform his first-ever show in New York City on Wednesday night (01Mar17).
