Actor Bill Paxton is eagerly looking forward to watching the finished Thunderbirds movie - and he's convinced movie-goers will be impressed too.

The TITANIC star is close to wrapping his role as JEFF TRACY in the big-screen adaptation of GERRY ANDERSON's 1960s puppet-adventure - and he's finding it difficult to hide his excitement about the movie - which is set for release next summer (04).

Paxton says, "It's going to be tremendous. You heard it from me first. It's got an innocent charm - great action and great scale and great characters.

"To me it has an old-fashioned, retro set of ethics - I feel like it's going to be embraced as a breath of fresh air as far as a big family movies go."
