Deadpan actor Bill Murray sees himself as the Hollywood equivalent of superstar rapper JAY-Z, because he keeps coming out of retirement to work on new projects. The Groundhog Day star has described himself as "retired" for several years, and has not worked on a movie set for two years - but he is always willing to return to work for the right film. The 55-year-old enjoys the safety net retirement affords him, because he never feels under pressure to spend time away from his family. He says, "I tell people I'm retired. I kinda like this Jay-Z thing, where he's retired, but he keeps doing shows. I think I beat him to that. "If you say you're retired, people don't bother you so much, and if you want to do something, you can do it."
