Comedian Bill Cosby's attorney has blasted the woman behind the latest sexual assault accusation against his client, insisting he has proof the embattled funnyman couldn't have been where she alleged he was on the night of the incident.

Model Chloe Goins claims she passed out after Cosby gave her a drink at the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills, California during Hugh Hefner's annual Midsummer Night's Party in August, 2008, and woke to find herself naked with the star sucking her toes and pleasuring himself.

Goins filed a police report earlier this week (beg12Jan15), even though the statute of limitations for all sexual assaults except rape is six years.

And now Cosby's attorney Martin Singer is poking holes in her story.

He insists he has proof that his client was not at the Playboy Mansion on the night of the alleged assault.

Singer tells Tmz.com he has flight and telephone records that clearly place Cosby in New York City.

He says, "We will be providing documentary evidence to the appropriate authorities which conclusively establishes Mr. Cosby's whereabouts on August 9th."

But Cosby still has to address the other 30-plus accusations of alleged sexual assault and inappropriate behaviour that have piled up in the past three months. Models Beverly Johnson and Janice DICkinson are among the women who have accused the comedian of bad behaviour and rape.
