The comedian has been under fire since late 2014, when multiple women went public with decades-old accusations of inappropriate behaviour, drugging and/or rape against the actor.
Prosecutors in Los Angeles decided to examine two of the reported incidents, which occurred in the state of California, as both supposedly involved teens.
One alleged victim, Chloe Goins, claimed she was 18 when she encountered Cosby at the Playboy Mansion in the summer of 2008, and woke up in a bedroom to find the veteran star biting her toe and masturbating.
Authorities determined the toe sucking claim was not enough to warrant an extension to the statute of limitations, which had already expired, while they also cited a lack of evidence to pursue the matter.
Cosby's attorneys had provided officials with an alibi, supporting their client's claim that he wasn't even in the state at the time of the alleged incident, while Playboy Mansion guest records did not list the funnyman as attending any events there that summer (08), reports TMZ.com.
The second case, regarding the reported attack of a female in 1965, was also dismissed due to insufficient evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, as the woman reportedly changed her story, initially insisting she had been 18, before claiming the incident occurred when she was 17.
The news will come as a relief for Cosby, who was charged with aggravated indecent assault in Pennsylvania last week (ends01Jan16), relating to an accusation from 2004.
The 78-year-old was arraigned in a Montgomery County courthouse before being released on $1 million (£666,670) bail. He is due back in court on 14 January (16) for a preliminary hearing in the case.
