A model who has accused Bill Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party in 2008 has been interviewed by Los Angeles police after making a formal complaint against the embattled actor.

Chloe Goins added her name to the growing list of alleged victims in December (14), claiming she met the funnyman at the Playboy Mansion just over six years ago, when she was 18.

She told Britain's Daily Mail the veteran gave her a drink and then "everything kind of went a little foggy", and she awoke naked, in a bedroom, with the star reportedly sucking her toes and masturbating.

He is said to have run out of the room when she confronted him about his alleged actions.

She and her attorney, Spencer Kuvin, met with Los Angeles Police Department officials on Wednesday (14Jan15) in a bid to pursue criminal counts against Cosby, although it is not yet clear what charges the 77 year old could face, if any, as California's statute of limitations for sexual assault, excluding rape, is six years.

Goins is the second woman to speak to Los Angeles authorities - last month (Dec14), the L.A. County District Attorney dismissed a sexual molestation case filed against him by another alleged victim, Judy Huth, after ruling she had waited too long to prosecute.

Huth claimed Cosby got her drunk and then raped her during a party at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 1974, when she was just 15. Her civil suit against the actor is still ongoing.

More than 20 women, including models Beverly Johnson and Janice DICkinson, have come forward in the past three months, accusing Cosby of inappropriate behaviour over the years - allegations the star's attorney has repeatedly blasted, insisting they are false.

The scandal has cost Cosby a handful of high profile positions and stand-up gigs. The latest show cancellation was announced early on Wednesday (14Jan15), when a promoter in Massachusetts pulled the plug on the comedian's 6 February show at the Hanover Theatre.
