Big Brother 9 contestant Belinda Harris-Reid has been evicted from the show after facing the public vote.
The 44-year-old, along with 24-year-old Rex Newmark, had been up for eviction this week after being nominated by a number of their fellow housemates.
And after some 65 per cent of the public chose to give Belinda the boot, the mother-of-two has left the Channel 4 reality show.
She had earlier told housemates she expected to be voted off due to her age.
"I'll go, I know it. I'm 20 years older than Rex and I'm a newbie," she said.
"I'm sure Rex has a big fanbase."
While a number of housemates cited Rex's perceived arrogance as their reason for nominating him, Belinda was put up for the public vote after several contestants complained about her loud snoring.
The theatre director had been one of three new entrants to the house a fortnight ago, joining the show along with Sara Folino and Maysoon Shaladi.
Reflecting on her time on Big Brother experience, Belinda said it had been: "psychologically incredibly interesting".
She added: "Physically it's been challenging. And emotionally, I've had it all. It's kind of been like a rollercoaster.
"I'm really pleased I've done the two weeks even if I have to go, I'm honoured to have been here."
